Return process

  1. Contact us at Joakim@walkwithimpact.shop within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and reason for return 

  3. We will provide return instructions and address 

  4. Package items securely in original packaging 

  5. Send items to our return address (provided in instructions)

Refund timeline 

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)

Return requirements 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be attached

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded

  • Customer bears return shipping costs unless item is defective

Non-returnable items

  • Items damaged by normal wear or misuse

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

  • Items without original packaging or tags

Inspection process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If items don't meet return requirements, they may be sent back to you at your expense, or you may be offered a partial refund based on the item's condition.

Conflict resolution
