Right of withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the product, in line with Norwegian consumer regulations.

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging and condition.

  • The customer bears return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Claims 

You have the right to claim if the product has defects or faults, within the legal claim periods.

Conflict resolution

We encourage resolving any conflicts amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Council for resolution. The Norwegian Consumer Council can be contacted at (+47) 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. 

Impact and donations

WalkWithImpact donates a portion of proceeds from each purchase to grassroots nonprofit organizations. The specific percentage and recipient organizations are determined by WalkWithImpact at our sole discretion. We will provide transparency about our donations through impact reports through our upcoming newsletter or success stories on the website. 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalkWithImpact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or supplier delays. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and fulfill our obligations once circumstances permit.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts, with primary jurisdiction in Oslo District Court. For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council as outlined in our Conflict Resolution section.

Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with parental consent and supervision.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Services. This includes but is not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, or using our Services to harass others.

Website availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services with or without notice.

Severability 

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect our original intent.
