    Orders typically ship within 3-6 weeks due to our sustainable production model

  • Pre-orders:

Shipping methods

  • Norway: Standard shipping via PostNord or similar carriers

  • Germany: Reliable logistics partners with tracking

  • Other EU countries: Available upon request - contact us for rates and timelines

  • Pickup options: Available in Oslo and Berlin - select at checkout

Shipping costs

  • Destinations: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Delivery timeline 

  • Norway: 2-5 business days after shipping

  • Germany: 3-7 business days after shipping

  • EU: 5-10 business days after shipping

  • Pickup: Available within 48 hours of shipping notification

Tracking and updates 

  • All orders include tracking information sent via email

  • You can track your package using the provided tracking number

  • We will notify you of any shipping delays or issues

Shipping restrictions

  • We currently ship to Norway, Germany, and select EU countries

  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery times

  • International customs fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility
